OMA offers a series of professional development offerings throughout the year for guides, assistants, parents, and administrators. These workshops and lectures are a chance to deepen attendees' practice in the classroom and with children while providing opportunities for connection. OMA is a Sponsoring Organization through the Oregon Registry Trainer Program. Depending on the workshop, we may also collaborate with the MERIT training team in Washington to provide professional development hours to our WA workshop participants.
The Pacific Northwest Montessori Association (PNMA) in Washington is our sister organization in the region, with reciprocal benefits extended for workshops and other professional development offerings. As such, we welcome PNMA members to register for our upcoming offerings at the OMA Member rate!
Cancellation policy: There is a $25 cancellation fee up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event, after which registration is non-refundable. Registration is transferable. View our full cancellation policy.
Covid precautions: All workshops which are to be held in-person will specify mandatory or optional face masks and whether proof of vaccination is required. OMA reserves the right to adjust requirements or transition workshops online, per CDC recommendations and local Covid numbers at the time of the event.
