Administrative & Communications Coordinator | Independent Contractor

The Oregon Montessori Association (OMA) is accepting proposals for an independent contractor to support our growing organization!
We're looking for an organized, creative, and self-directed individual to help with website updates, membership management, digital communications, social media, and administrative coordination.
This flexible opportunity involves approximately 10–20 hours per month, supporting OMA's mission to connect and strengthen Montessori schools and educators throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Experience with Wix, Airtable, Stripe, Canva, and digital communications is preferred.

We ask that all community bulletins be related to the sale or purchase of Montessori materials, or pertain to other matters of professional interest to our members. We reserve the right to remove any ads that do not fall within these guidelines.
