**Responsibilities**:  
- Lead an engaging, dynamic classroom where children feel valued and excited to learn.  
- Partner with assistant teachers and aides to create a supportive, fun learning atmosphere.  
- Use **Brightwheel** to communicate with parents, providing real-time updates on children’s progress.  
- Help create a warm, organized, and inviting environment aligned with Pinecone’s mission.
Collaborate with a dedicated, passionate team in a beautiful, well-resourced setting.  

**What We’re Looking For**:  
A passion for working with young children in a supportive, nurturing environment.
- Experience in **Montessori, Waldorf, or Reggio Emilia** education is a plus, but not required.  
- Enthusiasm for fostering creativity, autonomy, and a lifelong love of learning.  
- Experience with **Brightwheel** is a plus.

- **Step 7** or higher certification from Oregon’s **Early Learning Division**.  
Valid **CPR**, **First Aid, CPR, Food Handlers Card
