Key Responsibilities
Lesson Execution: Follow the primary teacher’s lesson plans to ensure continuity of instruction.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive learning environment and uphold Harwell School’s behavioral standards and safety protocols.

Student Support: Assist students with assignments, answer questions, and provide individual guidance as needed.

Reporting: Provide brief written feedback for the permanent teacher regarding student progress, completed work, and any notable incidents.

Safety & Supervision: Supervise students during non-classroom times, such as recess, lunch, or hallway transitions, as required.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (state-specific certification or permit requirements may apply).

Adaptability: The ability to think on your feet and pivot between different subjects or grade levels.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.

Reliability: Punctuality and the ability to manage a flexible, on-call schedule.

Clearances: Must pass a standard background check and provide necessary fingerprints/health screenings.
