Our program has been serving families for nearly 38 years. Currently we are looking for a nurturing, and dependable individual to join our Montessori Infant classroom! Ideal candidate must have experience working with infants 3-18 months old.

Our goal is to continue to provide a consistent environment for our youngest friends. Candidates with a growth mindset, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic tend to do well within our staff community. Assistants within our infant environment naturally help in preparing the classroom; support baby-led weaning experiences; cloth diapering/toilet learning; rest time, outdoor play, gardening and observing activities that empower our youngest friends. This is a highly physical job that requires lots of up and down in parallel with keen observation skills!

On-the-job training will be provided along with continued guidance from our lead teacher and educational director. If you have a sense of humor, positive attitude, and are reliable in your attendance, then this may be a perfect opportunity for you!

This position is currently full-time from about 08:15am-4:45pm. Compensation is based on experience and education with children.
