Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and AMI Elementary Certification, a deep reserve of patience, generosity, and adaptability
Prefer experience as a Lead Guide (or Assistant), with a reflective understanding and appreciation of Montessori practice and philosophy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, families, and children.
