School Location: Corvallis, OR
We are excited to be starting a new Capacity Building Center for professional development at Oregon State University (OSU’s) Hallie Ford Center for Healthy Children and Families that will serve the early childhood educator workforce in Oregon. The new Center will meet a critical need by planning for, developing, and offering ongoing, high-quality training that addresses the full range of competencies necessary to teach young children and support families. The Center will also be responsible for developing and refining a mentor coaching model to increase coaching competencies in early childhood leaders and coaches supporting early childhood programs (e.g., Oregon Preschool Promise and OPK; Oregon Pre-Kindergarten).
We are recruiting applicants for an Outreach Coordinator/Mentor Coach position and are especially interested in applicants who have previous experience working as a coach for early childhood teachers especially in OPK settings housed in K-12 settings, including providing supervision and professional support.
