The Monmouth Montessori School has been a foundation in our community for over 40 years. This year, we are expanding to open an elementary classroom. The school's owner and current Primary Guide will become the Elementary Guide, and we are hiring her replacement.

We are seeking a trained Primary Guide, preferably AMI trained, though that is not a requirement. We have an established classroom that comes with an experienced assistant, as well as a great group of children and parents.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing the classroom environment and connecting the children to it, maintaining thorough record keeping of children's lessons and progress, collaboration and communication with the classroom assistant (we use observation journals to facilitate this), as well as collaboration and communication with the parents.
