New Farm Montessori is an established children’s house located in a cozy home environment in the Arbor Lodge neighborhood of North Portland, serving children ages 2.5-6 years since 2005. We are seeking a qualified assistant to support our AMI trained guide beginning in September, 2022. Hours are part-time, Monday-Thursday, 8:15am-12:30pm. Competitive weekly salary, based on education and experience.

Qualifications include:
AMI training, preferred (recent graduates welcome to apply!)
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in a Montessori 3-6 classroom
Enrollment in the Oregon Office of Child Care Central Background Registry, current CPR/First Aid, RRCAN and Food Handlers certification
A kind, joyful & peaceful demeanor, passion for learning, and a sense of humor a must!
